12 pieces big champignon mushrooms
cooking oil
Fill the dough, stir together:
150 g cream cheese
1 clove garlic, grated
20 g onions, finely chopped
½ teaspoon pepper
Layer, stir together:
200 ml of water
100 g of wheat flour
1 tbsp rice flour
1 tbsp grated cheddar cheese
½ tsp baking soda
½ teaspoon pepper
1 tsp salt
How to make Cheezy Champignon:
Wipe mushrooms with a tissue until the manure is lost. Cut the stem. Set aside.
Fill the mold with batter overdraft Fill until full.
Dip into batter until blended layers.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown and more.
Remove and drain.
Serve warm with sauce mayonnaise or other sauces.
